How to inflate and deflate the baby swim seat ring

This swim ring is equipped with three fast inflation and deflation valves.
Can be inflated by mouth or using a pump with a special nozzle (TIFLATE pump).
The valve has an automatic anti-feedback plug, so air can't escape during inflation or use, even if the valve is accidentally opened. Once inflation is complete it is important to close the cap securely.
Deflating is done by pressing the spring button.
