How do you inflate your punching bag for optimum spring back?

For a punching bag to have the best possible spring back, it is important to inflate it. Inflate your boxing equipment until you feel a softness to the touch and to the pressure of your hands. Over-inflating the bag is pointless, as is using a compressor which risks breaking the membrane. Remember to protect your hands by hitting with hand wraps, mittens or boxing gloves around your hands, to avoid burns and other injuries. And if necessary, the information is in the instruction manual.
