Why should I work on balance?
Strengthen your deep stabilising muscles and reduce your risk of injury by mastering your movements! Whether skiing, trail running or kite surfing, good balance is key. By working 70% of the muscles in your lower body, this board will give you an effective workout. The result? More stable posture, more precise movements and more confidence in all your sporting activities.
Tips for starting out with a balance board
Start off easy! For your first sessions, set your board on a gym mat and stand next to a wall or grab a pole. This will give you added support. As you get stronger, gradually do away with these items: you'll be surprised by your progress! Once you feel confident, you can try new exercises for a harder challenge.
How much weight does the board hold?
The balance board was designed to support a max weight of 110 kg.
