How do you adjust the balance cushion?
The golden rule is to never feel the ground under your feet. If you can, you need to inflate it with our pump (ref: 8556016, sold separately). The secret lies in getting the air pressure right. The more your disc is inflated, the less you work on your balance. the less it is inflated, the more you'll work your balance.Start with it pumped up more, then gradually let air out to up the intensity. Your cushion will adapt as you get fitter, making every session unique and keeping you motivated!
